Production Control
  • WinDryClean is designed to integrate the production control to the counter functions.
  • The counter employee will know how many pieces are been promised for a given date.
  • Totals are group by invoice due date and departments.
  • Totals and graphics are displayed without any special procedure. It is just part of our main screen. (Click image to enlarge)

  • Your counter employee will always know how many pieces have been compromised for a given date
  • Now you can balance your production and project if more resources are needed to finish the day production.
  • Green bar show you the pieces already finished
  • The number below the graphic show current day  unfinished pieces
Departments on production report
  • The department for each item is not tied to the menu where it is invoiced.
  •  The department is assigned to the item to be invoiced and can be located at any of the menus.
  • This will help you to design the best input data menu to choose at the moment of invoicing and still let you be accurate on the productions reports.

Data input sequence while making an order is important to production report
  • WinDryClean always ask the due date prior to the input of the items.
  • This will save time if the client don't want to make the order if the due date or time is not convenient for the client
  • When the due date is ask by WinDryClean the productions numbers and graphics are displayed

  • The employee at that moment can see on the counter all the items to be invoiced and have all the information he needs to know to choose the best due date for the order.
  • This timing of data entry and production report will promote a better production control

Automatic warnings

  • WinDryClean is sensitive to how many items are been promised for a given date.
  • Warning can depend based on total of pieces or department.
  • YES. You can still make orders for overload dates, it is only information for your production control.
  • When overbook a pie chart will show the detail of pieces promised
  • The pie chart can change depending of the day you choose from the calendar.

  • If you choose to go over the suggested limits this screen will remind you that an invoice was made over the limits. Notice that the group items are displayed in red.

DIFFICULTY RATE

  • Numbers and graphics can be misleading if there are 400 napkins or 30 military sets
  • Assign a difficult rate to each item and the problem is solved.  400 napkins appear as 40 items on the production  numbers and graphics  and the 30 military sets can reflect  60 military sets
  • This is only an option that can be ignored but is a powerful tool that can show the real burden of production
